    Known as the Eco Lodge Community Trek in the foothills of the Annapurna Region, this recently unveiled route takes you off the well-trodden path. It is teeming with wildlife and lush vegetation, featuring dense pine, oak, and bamboo forests, especially renowned for its rhododendron forests adorned with striking pink and red blooms. From an elevation just over 3000 meters, you'll be treated to breathtaking panoramic vistas of some of the Himalayas' largest mountain ranges, including the expansive Dhaulagiri Massif stretching over 120 km and the Annapurna Massif, comprising one peak over 8000 meters, thirteen peaks over 7000 meters, and an additional sixteen over 6000 meters.This journey offers a cultural immersion, bringing you into direct contact with local families and villages of the Magar and Gurung communities.

    We start our trip with a 6-7 hour car ride to the Pokhara Valley, where the scenic Phewa Tal (lake) awaits. Afterward, we'll check in to your hotel located near Phewa Tal. Lakeside offers numerous options for exploration, including a variety of stores, bars, and dining establishments to enjoy.

    Following breakfast, we'll embark on a journey to Beni, continuing on to Galeshwor, which is approximately a 3-hour car ride away. From Galeshwor, our trek commences. Initially, we'll cross a bridge spanning the Kali Gandaki River and then follow the trail as it ascends toward Bans Kharka. For the night, we'll be lodging at a community-operated eco-lodge. Your meals for the day - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - are all provided.

    Today presents a chance to discover the Nangi village, where we can observe and gain insights into the villagers' organic farming practices and their commitment to promoting organic agriculture through an organic school. Nangi is also renowned for its handcrafted paper production, showcasing their environmentally conscious practices. For the night, we will be accommodated at a community-operated lodge.     Today, our trek commences as we traverse through dense rhododendron, oak, and bamboo woodlands en route to the Mohare Danda ridge. Once on the ridge, we are treated to magnificent vistas of the nearby mountains, particularly during the enchanting sunrise when the colors dance upon the snow-covered peaks. We'll be lodging at a community-operated lodge for the night, and all your meals for the day - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - are provided.

    We kick off the day with an early morning commencement, embracing the invigorating mountain atmosphere that gifts us a stunning sunrise display across the encompassing terrain. Today's journey is a relaxed trek, and it doesn't take long before we arrive at the serene Danda Kharka, nestled amidst a wooded expanse.     On this day, the path leads us to cross the Khumnu Khola (river). Upon reaching Ghandruk, we are treated to splendid vistas of Annapurna South (7219m), Gangapurna (7455m), Annapurna III (7555m), Machapuchare (6993m - FishTail), and Hiunchuli (6441m). Ghandruk Village is perched on the mountainside, with a grandiose backdrop of numerous colossal peaks. Enveloped by verdant forests, Ghandruk boasts numerous terraced fields for agriculture.

    On our last day of trekking, we descend, passing by the teahouses in Ghandruk, and proceed along a rocky path with terraced fields flanking our route. We then follow the trail through Birethanti and Nayapul, tracing the path beside the Modi Khola river, which stretches for 50 kilometers. Finally, we arrive at Nayapul, where we will transition to a drive that will take us to Pokhara.
